Meghan + Brett: Engagement Session at Andrew Jackson State Park

We’re swooning over these images this week of Meghan and Brett! After having to reschedule a few times for different reasons, we finally made this session happen and it was a perfect day! We had some magical moments with beautiful sunsets, inspiring water reflections, and perfect giggles from Meghan. Sometimes someone’s laughter is all you need to have such memorable moments! Meghan and Brett are so cute together, and their love is contagious! They met on eHarmony (we love these stories and get more and more of them every year!). Brett was the first and only guy Meghan had eyes for online, and the rest is history!

It just so happens that after over 15 years, Meghan and I (Brittany!) have met again! We grew up on the same street and played together when we were kids. I have countless memories of our times together and as soon as we got an inquiry from her to photograph their wedding, the name stuck out. It only took me 60 seconds to realize who she was! Small world. She actually worked with my mother-in-law, which is how we reconnected.

It was like time hadn’t passed! It has been such a great experience catching up with someone from the past and being able to bring a part of who we are to their wedding day! They get married next March and we’re over the moon excited to capture both photo and video of their wedding day! Their engagement session at Andrew Jackson State Park was just a taste of the amazing-ness that will be their wedding. It’ll be one to never forget!
