Baby Sheik On-The-Way!

Elizabeth Sheik has been my best friend for quite some time (and by that, I mean over 20 years)… so it’s safe to say she understands the perks of having a photographer as a best friend! We’ve been through more than most best friends can even dream of, and now – time for a BABY! The idea is still so surreal. She and her husband, Jordan, have been trying now for about a year and to say this is an answered prayer is an understatement. So of course, once finding out they were finally pregnant, we got to work on thinking of a fun way to announce it – with a little photo session on the side!They came up with this cute idea of decorating the tree, and I had a chance to try out my first stop motion film! Who can say no??? (not me!) I thought it turned out great and I’m so excited for my best friend and her husband! They will do great things, and starting a little army of their own is just the start! I can’t wait to see what the Lord has in store for them with this upcoming year. Here are a few snapshots we took after creating the film!
