Brittany & Carmen: New Years Eve Wedding, Charlotte NC

We are so excited to share our final 2016 wedding on the blog! Brittany and Carmen’s “date” was always New Years. It has been a very special date to them from the start! They met while working together at Kay Jewelers, and got engaged on New Years Eve 2015! So it was only fitting they kept their special date rolling!

Just one week ago, they said their I Do’s after a year of planning, and what an epic day it was! They chose to have their wedding at Doubletree Suites by Hilton Hotel in Southpark. The Doubletree team was on their game all night, taking care of every detail! Brittany’s Maddison James dress was impeccable! This wedding was all about the bling! Carrie, The Flower Diva, provided such beautiful bouquets and adorned Brittany’s with members of her family who were with her in spirit. And Meliha, The Beauty Fairy, provided the perfect touch of makeup and hair to match all of the breathtaking details of this day! The intricate details on Brittany and Carmen’s cake were perfectly done by WOW Factor! And “A Bride’s DJ” took off with some great dance music to welcome in the new year for Brittany and Carmen as they danced among family and friends.

The night went off with a bang! Some of our favorite moments included a mother’s happy glance during portraits, laughing at watering eyes from the cold, drunken dance floor photo requests, and ringing in the New Year! We were so honored to have been a part of such a monumental event for these two and our post-work has just begun. Here are some of our favorites so far! Enjoy!
