Hayes Pilotte: Newborn Photography

Ashleigh and Mike go way back with us! They were our very first clients under our Discover Love Studios brand. And before that, Ashleigh and I (Brittany) actually went to elementary and middle school together! Their wedding in March 2013 in Charleston, SC was a blast, and they (semi-blindly) trusted us to capture both their photo and video! We always say that without our clients, we wouldn’t be able to live our dream and document such special moments in people’s lives. But there’s an extra special place in our hearts for friends like Ashleigh and Mike who, even though we were so new to running a business, trusted us with such an important job.Now, 4 years later, they have their first child! We were thrilled when Ashleigh reached out to us about capturing some photos for them to cherish of their new little man, Hayes – which is an awesome name we must say! What an adorable little family they are! And we were able to customize their photos a little bit by using some of Mike’s things. He went to the Citadel in Charleston and still serves our country today. It was such a cool moment to lay Hayes onto Mikes uniform. I love that this shows his cute little size really well! Ashleigh and Mike also own the Papa Murphey’s in Indian Trail, so it was only fitting we took a few shots to go on the wall in their pizzeria! Hayes was such a great little model the whole shoot!
