Kate & Chris: Mint Museum Uptown Charlotte Wedding

[mashshare]Words cannot express the joy on Kate & Chris’ faces all day long! This wedding took blood, sweat, and tears and there is no doubt about it! Kate and Chris were referred to us by Heidi Crowder (http://www.hcweddingdesign.com/) and we couldn’t have been more thrilled to have been chosen for their wedding coverage! We had the honor of doing both photography and videography so this is only the beginning of what we are excited to share from their wedding! They got married at St. Gabriel’s Catholic Church and then after a fun trolley ride and some bridal party pre-game in the city, we rocked the night away at the Mint Museum Uptown. What a great view! And after a quick storm, a rainbow made a beautiful appearance for all the guests to enjoy during dinner! We had to act fast, but we were able to get a few pictures! What a great day! They planned their wedding around the weekend of the 4th of July because they had quite a bit of family coming from out of town, so of course, Independence Day became a little bit of a theme for the big day! This wedding, by far, had the BEST send-off I’ve ever witnessed! Little american flags were waved by every guest as they came down the steps of the Mint Museum, and unplanned (that I know of!) everyone broke out in song: The National Anthem! What a night to remember!Kate, you were exquisite! And Chris, you were so sharp in your dashing gray suit! We couldn’t express any more how happy we were to have met you and chosen for your wedding day! There are no words for the trust our brides and grooms put in us to capture the love on such an important day of their lives!
