Val & Phil: Engagement Session in Charlotte NC

Val & Phil are getting married in just 8 days! They hired us more last minute than most couples, and while it was because of a sour taste from a previous hire, it was a sweet taste for us! We are so thrilled to welcome Val & Phil to the Discover Love family! We re-did their engagement session so they could have a better memory of their pre-wedding love, and with their wedding only a week away, we’re already discussing details in full swing!

These two were practically pushed into a blind date by mutual friends, and from the beginning, they were smitten! With their first date on Phil’s birthday, the rest is history and he popped the question in a beautifully decorated home with rose pedals and candles surrounding his lovely lady!

For their session, we took a walk through Water Ridge for some beautifully landscaped areas, including a waterfall, river, tunnel, and bridges. It’s a little off the map and one of my favorite places for a peaceful, quiet session! Their adorable little man, Chief, joined us for some photos as well! Can’t forget the 4-legged children!
