Mary & Mike: Married at Whitehead Manor
Mary is one of the sweetest souls we've ever met! She found us at the very tail end of the Charlotte Bridal Showcase in January and we instantly clicked! She was flipping through our album samples and I asked her where her wedding was. Whitehead Manor! We absolutely love Whitehead Manor! We remember driving through Charlotte years ago before they hosted weddings and we always thought it would make a perfect venue. And since they started hosting weddings we've now been there a handful of times. It's one of our favorites in Charlotte and has such a convenient location!Mary and Mike are so endearing. They love the outdoors. Specifically, they love hiking, fishing, and anything that's considered an outdoor adventure! When they asked about an engagement session at South Mountain, we jumped at the opportunity! They are a blast and give us such emotion in their photos! You can truly see how much they love each other! There's something about a marriage between people that have lived through more than just young adulthood, college, the start of a career, etc. Mary and Mike have been through much in their lives. And their story of finding each other is so beautiful! Mutual friends brought them together at first and then after some time they reconnected over facebook. They are a perfect match! The way Mike makes Mary giggle with love and laughter is so pure. This depth of love they have is not always something newlyweds have at first and although eventually gained - Mary and Mike have it from the start! We're so happy to have been a part of this wedding and it makes us so happy to know these moments will be cherished forever by them!
